Teaching
The Sphere of Sith Philosophy is responsible for making sure that the aspiring Sith are properly instructed in the ways of the Sith and are making progress in their studies.
Training
The Sphere of Sith Philosophy is also responsible for training advanced sith knights to become overseers. This involved teaching them how to effectively teach and instruct others in the way of the Sith, as well how to enforce the Sith code.
